Drummygar's first spirit begins in a field turned by Clydesdale horses. We followed the barley across a season, from ploughing through to harvest, and built the film around the sound of the fields, recorded on location rather than added afterwards. Distiller Zac carries it on camera. Horse drawn, hand made, and grown where it's distilled.
